Mapal Appoints Two VPs in North America
John B. Hoy will be vice president of sales and marketing for the continent, and Deryl Carter will be vice president of business development for the United States and Canada.

Mapal Inc. has brought on John B. Hoy II as vice president of sales and marketing for North America, and promoted Deryl Carter to vice president of business development for the United States and Canada.
Mr. Hoy will be responsible for sales, team leadership, strategic initiatives, driving revenue as well as general management. He comes to Mapal with extensive experience in the cutting tool industry, having held senior management positions for various cutting tool companies in the United States.
Mr. Carter will be responsible for sales, market development, channel management, strategic initiatives and general management targeting customer accounts outside of the automotive “Big Three”: General Motors, Ford and Chrysler (FCA). He joined the company April 2015 as the regional sales manager for the Northwest.
