Northfield Precision’s Model 650 sliding-jaw air chuck, with 0.0001" TIR, features quick-change jaws and a hard stop. The jaws are held in place by one bolt through a keyhole slot in each jaw pad, and sub-jaws are permanently mounted to the chuck’s master jaws. The custom chuck is designed for gear applications such as gripping interior diameters of output gears.
