Winit Tool’s bar chamfer tool is said to reduce the labor and costs associated with traditional bar chamfer machines, including setup and tear down. The tool can be powered by a hand drill to effectively cut 45-degree chamfers on light metals and plastics. Models capable of chamfering up to 1.25" are available. The tool is designed as a flexible, low-cost alternative to fixed chamfer machines. According to the company, it is well-suited for use with Swiss-type CNC and other bar-feed lathes that require chamfered ends.
