Bryant Grinder’s patented Revelations machine control software is designed for ease of use, flexibility and quickness. It employs principles of object-oriented design for use on a variety of machine tool configurations. Its flow-chart programming interface offers sequencing and various operation options. The software also enables secure Internet connection, which enhances support for field installations.
Designed for grinding machines, the software also can be optimized to run gear shapers, hobbers, lathes, machining centers and machining cells. Its flexibility extends to individual control devices on each machine, enabling full programming control. Users can optimize their applications for high quality and fast production time with minimal trade-offs, the company says.
The software’s networking capability enables the company’s technicians to connect to a user’s machines, by request, and view machine operations. This is designed to reduce troubleshooting times and service expenses, and enable instant software corrections and updates to be downloaded to the machine. The software also supports data collection and standardizations across departments or facilities.
