Ganesh Machinery has announced that Ganesh CNC Production Machine Tools and Ganesh Toolroom Machinery will operate as two distinctly separate divisions of the company, offering CNC and engine lathes, respectively.
Ganesh Machinery offers CNC lathes ranging to 11-axes. The company also offers CNC Swiss-type machines with as many as eight-axes in 20 mm, 32 mm and 42 mm, as well as “Big-Bore” lathes with bores ranging to 15" and bed lengths ranging to 300".
The Ganesh Toolroom Machinery division offers engine lathes ranging from 13" × 40" to those with a 44" swing by 315" bed length. Hardinge-style 5C collet toolroom lathes and speed lathes are also offered. Gearhead CNC toolroom lathes using FANUC controls range from 18" × 40" to those with a 24" swing by 60" bed length. Ganesh adds specialized workholding and DRO installation in-house to maintain quality control.
