Tornos’ Almac FB 1005 CNC horizontal bar milling machine is capable of machining on as many as six axes with 19 live spindles.

Options include high-speed spindles, an oil mist extractor, a heating cycle, tool breakage detection, coolant temperature control and a tool presetting probe. To enhance capability, a new dividing head enables the FB 1005 to perform turning operations.
