Mazak Smooth Technology machine control platform incorporates capability for advanced manufacturing cells and systems that are revolutionizing part manufacturing processes through smart machines, big data, sophisticated analytics and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
The platform is designed to improve the way the company’s equipment performs, especially in terms of five-axis and complex contouring operations. The platform includes Mazatrol SmoothX and SmoothG CNC with user-friendly programming capabilities and a high processing speed.
The company will also feature updates to its Mazak SmartBox digital integration launch platform, designed to improve the platform’s computing power and intelligence.
