Cobra Carbide’s Blackmamba series of coolant-fed drills features a flute design and cutting edge geometry that enables drilling to a depth of eight times the tool diameter. The drills are said to feature enhanced self-centering characteristics, optimized chip flow, high cutting rates and high productivity. They also eliminate the pecking cycle, reducing drilling time compared to conventional drilling, the compan says.
