The Tsudakoma TN-100 is a compact tilting rotary table, which adds high speed, five-axis machining capabilities to small VMCs and drilling/milling machines. Manufactured from a one-piece cast frame, the table features high-torque, double-piston pneumatic clamping. The table incorporates a double lead gearing system as well. According to manufacturer Koma Precision, Inc., these capabilities promote the indexing and repeatability accuracies essential for machining orthopedic and dental implants and instruments.
