Ganesh Machinery’s Bolt-Master series of CNC gang-tool lathes feature a variety of workhandling solutions, including vibratory bowl feeds and racked parts to automatically feed the spindle without operator assistance.
The three-axis Cyclone GT-32 lathe features 6,000 rpm, 10 hp, 1"-diameter ballscrews and hydraulic collet actuation. It also offers rigid tapping and a bar capacity of 1 3/8", and quick-changeover tool bars and high tool-density solutions. When additional tooling is needed, an eight-station tool turret is available that can mount multiple tools in each tool station.
The lathe features a C axis for machining cross holes, wire holes or Nylok slots on fasteners, and high-speed-driven and servo-driven tools are available that can rigid tap to complete the job in one handling. A Traub A-32 or 5C collet chuck can be used for workholding, and a 5"-diameter, three-jaw hydraulic chuck is available for larger work.
