Sintogrind TTS-US grinding fluid from oelheld is formulated from synthetically produced polyalphaolefin-based fluid that the company says can provide a virtually unlimited life span if properly filtered. Its lubricity is also said to extend wheel life, minimize heat build-up in workpieces, limit surface cracks and increase production rates. The fluid does not contain hazardous elements and exhibits stable viscosity at various temperatures, the company says.
