Allied’s GEN3SYS high-penetration drilling system is designed to tackle difficult drilling applications. The tool design improves hole quality, surface finish and true position, while the replaceable drill insert maximizes machine up-time and reduces setup time. Diameters range from 0.4724" to 1.2598" (12 to 32 mm), and holders are available in helical and straight-fluted designs. Featuring 3×, 5× and 7× depth-to-diameter ratios, the tool is outfitted with C1 and C2 drill insert options and a proprietary AM200 coating.
