Cimcool, a member of the Milacron family, offers its Cimperial 861 with InSol Technology, a hybrid-lubricity, semi-synthetic metalworking fluid for heavy-duty machining of non-ferrous and ferrous metals including aluminum, stainless steels, titanium and other exotic alloys. It can also be used for grinding and is formulated to deliver extended sump life. The product is designed to increase tool life and provide high lubricity while remaining low foaming qualities for demanding high pressure applications. In addition, the fluid has low chemical odor and is mild to the skin. According to the company, this hybrid combination of InSol Technology in a semi-synthetic metalworking fluid performs better than other semi-synthetic or micro-soluble technology.
