When used together, EZ-Lift material handling magnets and MagVise magnetic workholding systems are said to reduce setup and part change-over times compared to traditional material handling and workholding methods, including clamps and vises. Â For workholding, the company offers EEPM electro-permanent magnetic chucks and ECB permanent magnetic vises. According to the company, both solutions provide fast and powerful workholding and can be customized to suit specific applications with induction blocks, subplates and work stops as needed. The material handling magnets come in six sizes and can lift as much as 6,600 lbs. Â
