As a subsidiary of Milacron, Oak International offers Oak Signature metalworking fluids to address the fluid challenges of metalcutting, metalforming, cleaning, corrosion inhibition and specialty applications.
The Oakflo is formulated to address the needs of the machine tool and metalworking systems and to offer safer and cost-effective alternatives to straight-oil machining and grinding systems. The fluids provide users with lubricity, cooling and corrosion control. They can also eliminate rancidity and dermatitis issues by promoting efficient part cleaning.
The Oakform fluids provide extreme-pressure lubrication, which can be especially for severe stamping and drawing. The Oaktec multipurpose corrosion inhibitors address versions of in-process and long-term storage RP applications. The inhibitors are available in solvent, oil, water soluble and synthetics.
Oakspec specialty fluids, lubricants, allied products and processes meets diverse customer requirements, from fine blanking to laminate stamping, hydro-forming to tube forming and glass grinding to creep-feed grinding.
