D.W. Sales will showcase Melin Tool’s line of micro carbide end mills, suited for titanium and aluminum alloys, graphite, steel, and stainless alloys of hardness less than 40 HRC. The line includes a range of styles and sizes, with cutting diameters from 0.005" and lengths ranging to 30×D. The initial program starts with two-, three- and four-flute styles in both square and ballnose versions, and offers uncoated, aluminum-titanium-nitride-coated and CVD-diamond-coated versions as standard.
