DMG MORI will be displaying a range of automation products, including the second-generation Robo2Go mobile robotic automation system for turning machines.The Robo2Go is designed to be a workpiece handling solution for universal turning machines. It is easily programmable with the company’s Celos application.
Other products on display include the company’s PH 150 pallet handling system, the LPP multi-layer pallet pool system, a 21-RPP space-saving automation solution, a flexible GX gantry loader in the Vertico design and integrated turnkey offers that link machines and process-supporting work steps. The CTX beta 800 simplifies teach-in functions for different workpieces and features flexible setup for turning machines.
The company also creates larger manufacturing cells comprising several machines using linear pallet pools (LPPs) and robotic automation systems. The LPP feature provides the most flexible, multi-layer pallet pool systems with up to eight machines, 99 pallet and five setup stations. The NHX 6300 second-generation automation solution demonstrates the handling of up to three different sizes of pallets possible in one system.
