Master Magnetics will showcase its neodymium lifting magnets. Designed to lift both flat and round ferrous metal items, the magnets are well-suited for handling steel plate, forgings, die castings and similar items in machine shops, warehouses and industrial processing plants. According to Master Magnetics, the lifting magnets eliminate the need for slings or clamping devices, enabling one person to do the work of two or more. Four models are available in strengths of 220, 660, 1,300 and 2,200 lbs of flat-piece-lifting capacity. The compact magnets do not require electricity.
The company will also display its line of magnetic sweepers and magnetic inventory labels, among other products.
