According to the company, the system's Web-based reports can be used to optimize equipment, programs and schedules to supportÌýunattended operations. The reports can be customized to meet specific plant requirements, and the software alsoÌýincludes automated reporting.

Reports are generated in chart and graph formats that support drill-down mining to reveal detailed informationÌýabout specific machines and/or production activities. All collected data can be exported into a spreadsheet to facilitate custom analyses and report generation. Other features include automatic data collection; multiple equipment interfaces; scheduled e-mail reports;Ìýtext messages triggered by events; custom event definitions; a bar-code scanner for data input; and manual notations and comments for events.
