Ibag’s Argotech PA-4 process analyzer provides continuous monitoring of repeating machine processes in real-time through pre-positioned sensors on the machine.
The company says it is useful for the production of miniature parts.
The analyzer detects a range of conditions that may result in poor quality production and unnecessary downtime. With four sensor inputs, the analyzer can detect many conditions, such as tool wear or fracture, collision protection, machine and tool loads, as well as measure one or two critical dimensions of a part to ensure high production quality. The unit can be also be used in unmanned production operations.
The analyzer features a high-contrast display that shows optimum production as well as deviations from preset tolerance limits. An alarm can be generated when production is shut down.
