The company's Quad Vertical Combination Chucks allow the simultaneous holding of up to eight parts and complete machining of a part in a single operation.
Visually continuous spindle use is possible with the product because it allows access to three sides of the workpiece, which is said to eliminate the need for multiple setups. The product is available in sizes ranging from 300 mm to 800 mm.
Its base is custom designed to fit individual machining centers. For added flexibility, the master jaws can be set in either a self-centering or compensating mode with use of a center bracket for multiple loading of parts.
