Leaders-In background

Smart Attend is an all-in-one solution to complete manufacturing facility communication, capable of collecting and organizing data for Pareto analysis and providing individual manufacturing goal parameters with active lighting response, remote global access to historical production data, automated resource deployment, as many as eight individual line inputs for collecting machine data and more.

The Smart Attend system connects to a Wi-Fi network and is designed to be as user-friendly as possible. Initial registration and setup are performed on a PC through a micro USB cable, but further settings can be configured directly over the network via the Smart Attend app. Initial configuration can be completed in as little as 20 minutes without requiring any additional resources such as IT or trained personnel, the company says. With Smart Attend integrating directly into the existing PLC, the Smart Connect voltage harmonizer commonizes input voltage to 24 V to ensure flexible integration across a range of platforms.

Full Smart Attend capabilities include completely automated resource deployment with notifications relayed to set departments, depending on the alarm triggered; hourly, weekly, monthly, and/or annual historical analysis of machine data; configurable flash colors, speed, intervals; custom audio played through an integrated speaker; and the mobile app for remote access.
