Lincoln Electric Co.’s Auto-Mate pre-engineered robotic welding cell is intended for first-time buyers and designed for fast, easy implementation. Welding cells are available in two configurations: Auto-Mate 5, a single-zone cell for welding medium-sized to larger parts, and Auto-Mate 10, a two-zone cell with the same footprint as the Auto-Mate 5. The robot can weld smaller parts on one side of the cell while the operator handles parts on the other.
Both cells enable MIG and flux-cored welding processes performed by a FANUC Arc Mate 0iB robot driven by a Lincoln Electric Power Wave R350 power source. The Power Wave software controls and monitors welding processes to deliver optimized welds for steel, stainless steel and aluminum applications, while simultaneously delivering production data on the operations.
