Yukiwa Seiko says its fourth- and fifth-axis rotary tables achieve high precision, rotational accuracy and clamping torque. The tables feature large bearing supports to provide rigidity. In addition, a custom air-purging system provides coolant and moisture protection. According to the company, a special alloy worm gear set makes the tables useful for high speed cutting applications. The rotary tables are available in various configurations for both small and large tapping machines and machining centers.
