Rust protection can last as long as two years indoors, the company says. A heavy-duty detergent cleaner or other degreaser can be used to clean metal surfaces after storage. Such cleaners are more effective when used at increased temperatures or with increased pressure or agitation, the company says. Useful for virtually all metals, the lubricant is available in a 12-oz. aerosol can or in 1-, 5-, or 55-gallon containers.
