The Kali-tec series combines the functionality of a tool presetter with inductive shrinking technology and axial length adjustment.
Ìý
Designed to address the challenge of shrink setting tools to ± 0.02 mm exactly, the company offers two devices: the manual desktop device Kali-tec C and the automatic device with CNC axes, the Kali-tec A.
Ìý
With the Kali-tec C, the positioning of the camera (X and Z axes) as well as the induction coil occurs manually. The length is also adjusted manually. Positioning the camera, induction coil and length adjustments on the Kali-tec A is motor-driven. The operation of the setting-shrinking station has been integrated in the presetter- measuring WebSet.
