U S Shop Tools offers soft chuck jaws in various heights, lengths and hole-to-front dimensions for use with most manual and CNC lathe chucks. The jaws are said to provide maximum concentricity on finish turning operations and can be bored or turned to fit workpieces. Serrations including 1.5 mm × 60 degrees, 3.0 mm × 60 degrees and 1/16" × 90 degrees are offered, as well as American standard tongue and groove, metric tongue and groove, acme key serrated, and square key serrated styles. The jaws are available in 1018 or 1050 steel, 6061-T6 barstock aluminum, and 7075 aircraft aluminum.
