Engineered Tools Corp. in conjunction with Threading 101, Inc. offers the interchangeable Insert Chaser threading system, which uses a pocketed holder and solid carbide inserts for quick insert changeout on threading die heads. Separate inserts for different thread pitches can be used with one set of insert holders. Inserts can be removed for regrinding or replacement with another insert.

The system is available for tangential, radial and circular threading die heads. It is said to provide an affordable alternative to traditional HSS and brazed carbide thread chasers.
