The company has improved a series of threaded work supports featuring a taper lock design that provides high-support force with very low touch force, according to the company. The LD and TD series work supports now seal against coolants and lubricants, which are often the bane of other work supports.
LD series work supports operate at 1,000 psi and are available in two sizes with up to 785 lbs. of support force with low deflection. TD series work supports operate at 3,500 psi with similar specifications. Both feature hydraulic advance with extremely light touch force from 0.6 lbs. to 2.4 lbs.
