Available from Cogsdill Tool Products, the Nobur JB Back-Chamfering Tool is designed for back-chamfering, deburring and back-countersinking operations. The tool pilots in the hole—a feature designed for precise concentricity—while support of the cutter in the bore is said to prevent tool deflection. Radial depth of cut is controlled by a micrometer-stop adjustment, and a stop collar regulates chamfer location. Standard pilots and cutters are available from stock for hole diameters ranging from 0.188" (4.74 mm) to 0.750" (14.28 mm). Special pilots and cutters are available on request. Â
