Designed for complex turning applications, the machine features two automated three-axis gantry loaders and can accommodate chucks measuring 165 or 210 mm (6.496" and 8.268") in diameter. Separating and isolating the machine bed and enclosures from the machine structure is said to eliminate harmonic vibration transfer. A high-speed gantry loader and turret axes reduce cycle time. The machine features automated loading and unloading gantry systems and can integrate into virtually any manufacturing environment.
