TCI Precision Metals’ vacuum workholding products are designed to reduce overall production time and improve part holding when using flat stock. The specialized vacuum chucks are available in standard size configurations, but can also be custom-made. This type of workholding securely handles hard-to-hold parts with no clamps, reducing setups. These products are suitable for a variety of applications including horizontal and vertical machining centers, routers, tombstones, pallet changers, grinders and rotary tables.
