Omax’s Intelli-Max abrasive waterjet cutting software suite automatically optimizes tool paths for the company’s waterjet machines to create precision parts faster and at lower costs. With built-in programming tools, the software is designed to be easy to learn and requires minimal training to operate Omax and Maxiem waterjet systems, according to the company. The Intelli-Max software offers built-in cutting models and strategies that optimize tool paths when creating precision 2D and 3D parts. Additionally, the software precisely predicts machine behavior such as cutting speeds, taper, jet lag and other abrasive waterjet factors.
Highly compatible with other software systems, the suite enables users to import more than 90 different file formats, including vector graphics, 3D files, raster graphics, CAD files and more, easing the software’s integration into existing workflows.
