Similarly, this WH 10 unit enables unattended operation of a DMC 835V VMC by pairing a robot with a workpiece palletizing system.

The Lasertec 210 is the company’s third largest of this machine type, enabling five-axis milling and laser texturing of molds on one machine in one setup.

The Lasertec enables mold makers, for example, to produce a variety of surface finish textures and designs for their molds.

The Spindle Interface System enables automatic recognition of contamination such as chips between an HSK tool and spindle interface for higher process reliability and workpiece surface finish.

The large crowd at this event made it challenging for editors like me to capture good machining photos. More than 1,000 attended the first day of the event at the company’s Deckel Maho facility in Pfronten.
