Although the shop has a range of advanced machining capabilities and continually reinvests into the company with new equipment, much of its success can be attributed to its focus on and responsiveness to its customers’ needs while building lasting partnerships.

Close communication with customers enables the shop to offer design for manufacturability (DFM) advice, resulting in refinements to part design to facilitate machining, reducing overall production cost and delivery time. Project management is tracked from end-to-end enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, which enables C&M Machining to quickly adapt to changes and fully integrate the front office with the shop floor.

C&M Machining has a 20,000-square-foot, climate-controlled facility. Its fully-equipped shop is comprised of advanced CNC equipment as well as experienced machinists, toolmakers, programmers, inspectors and highly skilled management personnel.
